Las clases de Yoga están basadas en el hatha yoga clásico mediante el método Naradeva. Las clases no tienen niveles y están dirigidas a todos los públicos, independientemente de que tengas experiencia previa en yoga o seas principiante.
Su duración es de 85 minutos para trabajarlas en profundidad y de manera integral. Constan de una primera parte de relajación guiada y respiración consciente (15′), una segunda parte de calentamiento y desbloqueo articular (10′), una tercera parte que integra el cuerpo de asanas o posturas (45′) y por último una parte final dedicada a la relajación profunda de 15′.
